How do your hires work?
Our HBOT hires are designed to be flexible and easy to manage. We start with a minimum initial hire period of 2 months, giving you time to get familiar with the HBot and its features. After the initial 2 months, if you decide it’s not the right fit, you can cancel the hire by simply emailing us at least 14 days before the end of the current hire period. If you’d like to continue using the HBot, the hire will automatically roll over to a month-to-month agreement, which you can cancel anytime with just 14 days' notice. As an added bonus, up to 4 months of your hire payments can be deducted from the final purchase price if you choose to buy the HBot later on. We aim to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, so you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
How are your chambers made and tested?
Our HBOTs are proudly designed and constructed in the UK, where they undergo rigorous safety checks at every stage of the manufacturing process. We ensure that all of our products are independently pressure tested and certified to meet the highest safety standards, and each one holds a UK CE mark, which guarantees compliance with UK and European regulations. Our soft shell HBOTs are made from interwoven TPU, with high-frequency welding for added durability and safety. We take pride in the quality of our products, and you're welcome to visit our showroom and factory in Birmingham to see and test them firsthand. We're committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality HBOTs that meet your needs.
Do I need a soft shell or hard shell chamber?
The choice between a soft shell and hard shell chamber largely depends on your intended use. Hard shell chambers are typically used for higher-pressure therapies, such as in emergency situations like carbon monoxide poisoning or conditions like BENS (Brain Encephalopathy from Nitrogen), where rapid, high-pressure oxygen is required. Soft shell chambers, on the other hand, are commonly used for wellness, healing, and general recovery at lower pressures. Both types of chambers operate on the same principle: increased atmospheric pressure (ATA) allows more oxygen to be delivered to the tissues, aiding in faster healing and improved oxygenation. While soft shell chambers can provide a similar level of oxygen, the therapy might need to be extended over a longer duration, meaning more sessions or longer times within the chamber to achieve the desired effects. It’s important to note that individual responses to hyperbaric oxygen therapy can vary. We always recommend doing thorough research and consulting with a medical professional before undergoing any alternative therapy to ensure it’s the right choice for you.
