• Delivery Timeframe: All orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase. We aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary based on location and availability.

• Installation Scheduling: Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to provide you with the installation date. We will work with you to arrange a convenient time for installation.

• Qualified Technicians and Safety Training: Each product is installed by one of our qualified technicians who will also provide safety training on how to properly use the equipment. This training typically takes around 1.5 hours to complete, ensuring you are fully comfortable with the setup and operation of your product.

• Installation Time Slot: Due to the technical nature of the installations and the fact that some may take longer than others, we are unable to provide an exact time slot immediately after your order. Our technicians will do their best to give you a clearer time estimate once your installation date is confirmed.
